MEMORY AID

Here are some tips and things to put in the bag before coming to training or a match, you must take the time to prepare yourself physically and mentally.

TRANSPORTATION

 It is preferable to notify the team members 24 hours before the day of the match. Last-minute transportation requests will not be allowed except in case of emergency.

MATCH DAY

  • Be on the playground 1h30mn early.
  • 30 minutes to get dressed for the match.
  • Spread the jerseys on the ground to facilitate distribution.
  • Install the necessary equipment for the match on the field.
  • Warm-up exercises are done in teams, groups or circles to maintain a climate of trust between all players.
  • 20 minutes warm-up.
  • 20 minutes of session with the ball.
  • 15 minutes of meeting with the coaches (last match instructions).

RESPECT

It’s very important to respect your teammates. Our one and only concern is the maximum satisfaction of everyone throughout the season.

In the event of an argument or misunderstanding between teammates, it is best to contact one of your coaches immediately.

Your coaches are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the team based on their experience and professional training. No disrespect will be tolerated towards them.
